2010 Women Making a Difference Awards & Afternoon Tea Reception.
Please join Senator Lou Correa in celebrating Women's History Month, honoring 101 Women Making a Difference and Maria T. Solis-Martinez, 2010 Woman of the Year, United States Air Force Veteran, Orange County American GI Forum, Board Member, United Mexican-American Veterans Association Member
Maria is a member of the LWV/Central Orange County Area, and a past officer of that organization. Please come and honor this distinguished woman and other Orange County women making a difference!

COCA Annual Meeting.
All members of COCA are hereby notified that you are official delegates to the Annual Meeting, where a new budget, new officers, and bylaws are selected. The meeting will take place until 11:30 a.m., followed by a box lunch from Marie Callender Restaurant and a program.
The program features a presentation by Pat Chambers, Inspection Tour Guide for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, with assistance from Tiffany Baca, MODOC Administrative Assistant for Inspection Tours. They will inform us of the history and future of the water district, with visuals showing where we get our water. They can tell us about future tours which explore the Sacramento River/San Joaquin River Delta and the reservoirs and pumping plants of the Colorado River. Don't miss this opportunity! Guests and prospective members are welcome.
